Pushpalatha Mahalingam, 41, is a graduate professional working as a programme host who has been fielded by Naam Tamilar Katchi (NTK) for the Tenkasi Assembly constituency in the 2026 Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly elections scheduled for April 23, 2026. With declared assets of Rs. 1.45 crores and liabilities of Rs. 47.56 lakhs, she represents NTK's strategy of contesting all 234 seats independently without forming alliances.
