Sowmiya Anbumani

Dr. Sowmiya Anbumani, 55, is a doctorate holder and businesswoman contesting from Dharmapuri on a Pattali Makkal Katchi (PMK) ticket in the 2026 Tamil Nadu Assembly elections. She is the wife of Anbumani Ramadoss, current PMK president and former MP from Dharmapuri (2014-2019), positioning her as part of the influential Ramadoss political dynasty. With declared assets of ₹68.47 crore and liabilities of ₹9 crore, she represents one of the wealthier candidates in the race.
